How do I request a quote?

Create a Schoolfurn account to send online quote requests and access pricing. Build a quote by adding products to your shopping cart and clicking submit. Our sales team will contact you within 48hrs to confirm stock availability and provide official pricing. Why do I need to request a quote?

Due to the customisable nature of education furniture, we require quote requests to ensure accuracy and stock availability.

How do I place an order?

Is GST included in the product price or is it added at checkout?

Advertised prices exclude GST. GST is added to quote requests and finalised order confirmations.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept direct transfer, cheque and credit card payments.

Do you have a showroom?

When is your busy period?

Our busy period is from mid-October to March. New orders placed during this time may experience a delay as we process existing orders. For guaranteed January delivery, we suggest placing your orders by the end of October.

How do I obtain a tax invoice for my purchase?

A digital tax invoice will be sent via email after your order has been dispatched. If you did not receive your invoice, please contact on 1300 800 957 or email at sales@schoolfurn.com.au.

Can I view my previous orders?

How do I save my quote if I’m not ready to send my request?

Items will remain in your cart until you’re ready to send your quote request.

Can I change or cancel my order once submitted?

Can I lay-by or hold a product for a period of time before payment?

No, unfortunately we do not offer lay-by or hold products for customers.

Can I return an item if I changed my mind?

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. If you’re unsure if a product is right for you, please consult with our sales team prior to purchasing.

The item I received is faulty or broken. What can I do?

Send us a photo of the damage and we’ll work with you to find an appropriate solution. This may involve providing on-site service, sending you replacement parts or arranging collection for replacement.

What does your warranty cover?

Schoolfurn warranties are guaranteed for the stated period shown on each product. Warranties cover faulty craftsmanship and damage. For more information see our Warranty Terms and Conditions.

Can I order a custom product?

Yes, custom options are available for a wide range of Schoolfurn products. We pride ourselves on providing the most affordable custom design furniture in Australia. From tables to storage – we do it all.

Can I get a refund?

We’re happy to provide refunds on faulty or damaged good. To request a refund, contact us on 1300 800 957 or email at sales@schoolfurn.com.au.

Do you charge a restocking fee?

Yes, but only in some situations. A restocking fee may apply when requesting a refund or late order cancellation. Restocking fees are usually 25% of the original purchase price. Damaged or faulty products do not incur any restocking fees. Custom made products are not eligible for restocking.

What table height should I order?

We suggest 560 to 710mmH table heights for Primary and 710 to 750mmH table heights for Secondary. Standing height tables are suitable for all ages. For more information regarding sizing, contact us on 1300 800 957 or email at sales@schoolfurn.com.au.

What table leg options do you offer?

We offer fully welded frames at any height and height adjustable frames. Height adjustable frames include Ezy-Height (510 to 710mmH), T-Leg (510 to 710mmH) and Innovation (520 to 750mmH). Height adjustable frames are a flexible option for students of varying ages.

What is your privacy policy / online security policy?

We take the privacy and security of our customers very seriously. We do not sell or share customer details to any third-party organisations. We use customer data (including emails, names and schools) for email marketing purposes only. If a customer chooses to no longer receive our email marketing, they can unsubscribe at any time.
